About Bokamoso
A future worth building, together
"Bokamoso" means future in Setswana. Since 13 May 2019, our organisation has answered the needs born of HIV/AIDS, poverty, child neglect and social exclusion — registered as NPO 227-761NPO under the South African Nonprofit Organisations Act.
Who we are
Care that reaches the doorstep
Bokamoso Home Community-Based Care is a registered non-profit committed to supporting vulnerable individuals and families across our communities. Our team works alongside individuals and families, bringing meals, treatment-adherence support, counselling and care into homes.
Our vision: to create a better everyday for all.
Our mission: to seek, promote and transform the general well-being of orphans, vulnerable children, youth, people with disabilities and individuals living with HIV and their families — moving them from vulnerability towards resilience through care, support and protection.

Our home
One centre, three communities
From our centre at 20098 JD Khumalo Street in Kanana Location, we serve households across Kanana, Jouberton and Tigane — communities that face high levels of poverty and limited access to healthcare and social services. In 2024 alone, we directly supported 630 beneficiaries through our health, education, psychosocial and nutrition programmes.

The future starts with us
Be part of a brighter future
Every meal, home visit and life-skills session is made possible by people who care. Partner with Bokamoso or support our work today.
